Via is a full-spectrum mobility manager. Our mission services provide accessible on-demand transportation, individual and group travel training, and mobility options counseling (information and referral) for older adults, people with disabilities, low-income individuals and others living with low-mobility options. Via operates as a social enterprise model that also implements the HOP, Access-A-Ride, and Call-N-Ride routes by earned-income contracts with the City of Boulder and RTD.
