Once upon a time, our building was home to the vintage Pizza Hut of your 10-year-old dreams. A visit from Guy Fieri for a feature in season 28 of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives put The Post Longmont on the map as a destination for visitors worldwide...though we pride ourselves on being a staple joint for our Local Birds. 

We brew delicious, award-winning beers and fry up the crispiest, juiciest hot chicken around. We serve it with our kitchen’s take on vegetarian and seafood dishes, fresh salads, farm fresh and innovative sides - classics remade for modern times and tastes.
