About

Ellison Law is a divorce and family law firm serving Boulder, Weld, and Larimer counties. We specialize in legal services for divorcing couples. We have experience with a wide variety of family situations, including long-term and short-term marriages and marriages with and without minor children. 

We are experienced in handling cases involving unique assets, including high value real estate, multiple real estate properties, businesses, trusts, and unique retirement assets including a variety of pension plans and Colorado PERA. We also provide marital agreement drafting and review services, including Marital Agreements (Post-Nuptial Agreements) and Pre-Marital Agreements (Pre-Nuptial Agreements).

Will focuses his practice on representing families in divorce, family, and probate matters. He has had the honor of representing clients in Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming and enjoys learning about his clients' personal needs. 

Emily is passionate about protecting the rights of individuals in their time of need. She enjoys using her expertise to help clients navigate the legal system they face in family matters. During law school, Emily was selected to work with a district court judge and a Colorado Supreme Court Justice. She uses her knowledge of the judge's perspective to successfully advocate for her clients.

When away from work, Will and Emily enjoy skiing, yoga, playing music in the Longmont music scene, and exploring the West with their two dogs.
