Leading with C.A.R.E. means demonstrating care and concern for employees, the foundation for your organizational improvement efforts. This course discusses how leading with care can decrease workplace injuries, create better operational outcomes and improve employee morale. It introduces concepts of Just Culture and Total Worker Health and provides participants with actionable steps to immediately put into practice to drive desired improvements.
